The role requires strong leadership, KPI discipline, and hands-on experience with billing and POS systems in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of retail ops and a background in fashion retail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail store operations.
• Mandatory experience in Women’s Wear, Ethnic Wear, Fashion Apparel, or Lifestyle Retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store profitability.
• Strong experience in team handling, customer relationship management, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
• Drive store sales, revenue growth, and achievement of monthly and annual targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Monitor store KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and productivity.
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation as per company standards.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock audits, and shrinkage control.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational MIS reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, merchandising, and regional teams for seamless store operations.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, billing procedures, and store policies.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff to build a high-performing team.
