Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is seeking a Store Manager for VR Mall Nagpur to drive daily operations and achieve sales targets.

You will lead store staff, plan rosters, ensure SOP adherence, manage promotions, and deliver high customer satisfaction while maintaining store standards and records.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 4 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Excellent communication skills and passion towards sales.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets.
• Store day-to-day operations.
• Plan day to day task & rooster for salesexecutives
• On the floor execution of sales strategy from theorganization
• Develop and arrange promotional material andin-store displays
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and at storetiming
• Maintaining accurate records
• Completion of monthly staff evaluation.
• Completion of all KPIs as defined by theorganization.
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Cash deposit to bank or to the Payment collectionteam.
