Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP in Mumbai is seeking a Store Manager to drive store performance and daily operations. You will lead sales executives, plan rosters, and execute on the floor with the sales strategy.

The role requires graduates with 4 years in retail sales, strong communication, and multilingual abilities. Maintain SOP adherence, customer satisfaction, and accurate records while representing MYOP’s brand.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 4 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for sales.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsabilités

• Working towards monthly and daily targets.
• Store day-to-day operations.
• Plan day to day task & rooster for salesexecutives
• On the floor execution of sales strategy from theorganization
• Develop and arrange promotional material andin-store displays
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and at storetiming
• Maintaining accurate records
• Completion of monthly staff evaluation.
• Completionof all KPIs as defined by the organization.
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume
• Store cleanliness and merchandising .
• Cash deposit to bank or to the Payment collectionteam.
• Monitoring billings and sales on regular basis
