Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is seeking a full-time retail sales associate for VR Mall Nagpur, India. The role focuses on achieving monthly and daily targets while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. You will develop in-store displays, ensure SOP adherence, manage stock, and handle customer inquiries with multilingual support.

Freshers are welcome. Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are essential to engage customers and promote MYOP products effectively.

Formación

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages

Responsabilidades

• Work towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Adhere to SOP at store and store etiquette and timings.
• Complete trainings within the defined timeline.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• DSR and daily checklists.
• Place stock requests to HO and validate/receive stock.
• Handle, resolve customer complaints and escalate when required.
• Invite customers to outlet and introduce MYOP concepts.
• Demonstrate and present products and help customers identify the right perfume.
