Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and daily sales targets.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and store etiquette.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Adhere to SOP and store timings and cleanliness.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when needed.
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting perfumes.

• · Store cleanliness and merchandising .
• · DSR and Daily checklists
• · Placing stock request to HO
• · Validating and receiving stock .
• · Handling, resolving customer complaintsand escalating to Cx dept if required.
• o Invitingcustomer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• o Introducecustomer to the concept of MYOP.
• o Demonstrating and presenting products
• o Support the customer to identify the right perfume .

Qualification
