Job summary

MYOP is seeking a Store Manager for Phoenix Market City Mumbai to lead daily store operations, drive sales targets, and coach the sales team. You will implement promotions, maintain SOPs, ensure exceptional customer service and merchandising standards.

Candidate must have 4 years retail sales experience, strong communication, multilingual abilities, and a proven track record of achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 4 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets.
• Store day-to-day operations.
• Plan day to day task & rooster for salesexecutives
• On the floor execution of sales strategy from theorganization
• Develop and arrange promotional material andin-store displays
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and at storetiming
• Maintaining accurate records
• Completion of monthly staff evaluation.
• Completionof all KPIs as defined by the organization.
• Inviting customer to outlet, introduce customer to the concept of MYOP, demonstrating and presenting products, support the customer to identify the right perfume
