• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives, visual merchandisers, and store support staff.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability, and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, and stock rotation to ensure optimal availability.
• Implement effective visual merchandising standards to enhance the stores brand appeal.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with the merchandising, operations, and HR teams for smooth business functioning.
• Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to drive business improvements.
• Handle cash flow, billing accuracy, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Support new product launches, in-store promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain store hygiene, display standards, and operational excellence at all times.
