Job summary

Lumixtra Lighting is seeking a warehouse associate to manage daily warehouse operations in Hyderabad, ensuring stock organization and accurate records. You will receive, verify, and record incoming materials, handle inward/outward material movements, and coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Operations, and Delivery teams.

The role requires attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to manage stock independently. Prior experience in lighting or related industries is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of experience in warehouse/inventory management.
• Experience in lighting, electrical, hardware, interiors, or related industries preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and maintain proper organization of stock.
• Receive, verify, and record incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Handle material inward and outward movements.
• Prepare and dispatch materials as per sales/project requirements.
• Check materials for quantity, quality, and damages before dispatch.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Operations, and Delivery teams.
• Track returned, damaged, and replacement materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage and safe handling of lighting products.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
• Prepare daily/weekly stock and dispatch reports.
