Job summary

Bhartiya Recruitment Services in Hisar is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales targets, and manage a diverse store team. You will ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand standards across the sales floor.

Responsibilities include inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and preparing MIS reports while coordinating with regional teams for business planning and store operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in retail store management.
• Strong team management and sales skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in a retail environment with rotational shifts/weekends.

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team effectively.

• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure brand standards are followed.
• Manage billing, cash handling, store opening/closing, and daily reports.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular MIS reports.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the regional/area team for business planning and store operations.
