Job summary

Cosmos Sports is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operations of our sports retail store. You will drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

The role requires 4–6 years in sports/fashion retail with at least 3 years in leadership, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for sports. Weekend work and brand-aligned merchandising are expected.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in sports retail or fashion/apparel retail; minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage store KPIs.
• Ability to inspire and engage teams with a hands-on leadership style.

• Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
• Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays.
