Isha LIFE is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a premium airport retail operation in Delhi, driving commercial performance and building a high-performing frontline team.

You will oversee store ownership, ensure security and compliance, and manage night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required to sustain exceptional customer service in a high-footfall environment.

Qualifications

4+ years of Store Management / full-store ownership.
Airport / Duty-Free / Premium Retail experience preferred.
Experience with ATV, Conversion & Sales KPIs.
Strong Inventory & Shrinkage Control.
Airport Security & Compliance awareness.
Passport & Airport Security Clearance eligibility.
Comfortable with night shifts, weekends & holidays.
