Candidates with luxury retail experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred; MBA is a plus. Fluency in English and comfort with rotating shifts are essential; experience with international or premium brands is advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build strong rapport with customers through active listening and personalized service
• Deliver a premium shopping experience to domestic and international travelers
• Develop deep product knowledge across luxury retail categories and stay updated on trends
• Provide informed recommendations tailored to customer needs
• Drive sales and achieve daily and monthly targets
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximizing revenue opportunities
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays maximize interest
• Ensure accurate billing, stock handling, and inventory management

About the Role:

As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring our customers through exceptional product knowledge and warm hospitality, creating memorable shopping experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong rapport with customers through active listening and personalized service
• Deliver a premium shopping experience to both domestic and international travelers
• Develop deep product knowledge across our luxury retail categories and stay updated on latest trends and industry developments
• Provide informed recommendations tailored to customer needs
• Actively engage customers to drive sales and achieve daily and monthly targets
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximizing revenue opportunities
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are displayed effectively to maximize customer interest
• Ensure accurate billing, stock handling, and inventory management
• Promote current offers, new launches, and cross-selling opportunities
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Adhere to airport security, operational, and company policies
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment

Areas of Expertise (Preferred):

What You Should Bring:

Experience & Qualifications:

• 03 years of practical experience in sales or customer-oriented business
• Background in luxury retail is highly preferred
• Experience with international or premium brands is an advantage
• Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
• MBA (Preferred)

• Excellent command of English; proficiency in an additional language is an added advantage
