Job summary

Interarch Building Products seeks an experienced Store Manager / Inventory Manager for its PEB manufacturing plant. You will oversee store operations, control inventory, and coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth plant functioning.

The role requires strong leadership, ERP/SAP experience, and deep knowledge of steel/PEB materials. Immediate joiners preferred; candidates should have 5–12 years in similar roles.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years in store and inventory management in PEB/steel or manufacturing.
• Graduate/Diploma in Material Management or Supply Chain.
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems.
• Stock audit and reconciliation knowledge.
• Strong coordination and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall plant store and inventory operations.
• Maintain records of raw materials, consumables, finished goods, and spare parts.
• Ensure proper inward and outward material handling with documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory to prevent shortages or excess.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, and Dispatch for material flow.
• Conduct regular stock verification and audits.
• Maintain ERP entries for GRN, issue slips, stock transfers, and inventory tracking.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly inventory reports.
• Lead and supervise store staff and material handlers.

Store Manager / Inventory Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager / Inventory Manager for our PEB manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for overall store operations, inventory control, material management, and coordination with production, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall plant store and inventory operations.
• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, consumables, finished goods, and spare parts.
• Ensure proper inward and outward material handling with documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, and Dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
• Ensure proper storage, stacking, identification, and preservation of materials.
• Maintain ERP/system entries for GRN, issue slips, stock transfer, and inventory tracking.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Control material wastage, shortages, and inventory discrepancies.
• Manage FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Handle vendor material receipt and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in stores.
• Lead and supervise store staff and material handlers.

Required Skills

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma in Material Management, Supply Chain, Mechanical, or related field.

Experience

• 5 to 12 years of experience in Store & Inventory Management in PEB, steel structure, fabrication, engineering, or manufacturing industry preferred.
