Job summary

Kashyapa Enterprise is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a busy footwear store in Budigere, Bengaluru. You will lead the team, drive daily and monthly sales, manage stock, billing, and customer service, and ensure smooth store operations.

The role requires 6+ years in retail, footwear/fashion experience is a big advantage, and strong sales and people management skills. English and Hindi are preferred; Kannada is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager experience preferred.
• Footwear, fashion or lifestyle retail experience is a big advantage.
• Strong in sales and team management.
• Comfortable working with targets.
• Good customer handling skills.
• Basic computer and POS/billing knowledge.
• English + Hindi preferred; Kannada is an advantage.
• Willing to work weekends and retail shifts.

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who can lead the team, grow sales and take complete responsibility for daily store operations.

Role & Responsibilities
