Job summary

Creatuniq Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a premium lifestyle outlet. You will supervise the sales team, drive customer experience, and ensure smooth inventory and merchandising.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of retail experience, preferably with experience managing a premium/lifestyle/ethnic-wear store.
• Strong team management, sales, and customer relationship skills.
• Good understanding of retail operations, inventory, and POS systems.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in sarees, handloom, handicrafts, fashion, or lifestyle products is an advantage.
• Target-oriented, organized, presentable, and customer-focused.
• English and Hindi required; Kannada/Bengali preferred.
