Job summary

Ethera Diamonds invites a qualified Store Manager to oversee our Pacific Mall Mansarovar store. You will lead sales, deliver premium customer experiences, manage inventory, and supervise a team to achieve profitability and brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in jewelry or luxury retail, strong leadership, and expertise in inventory control, POS systems, and MIS reporting. MBA/retail management preferred, and a focus on high-value customers will be valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Retail Management preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Strong knowledge of diamonds, gold jewelry, certifications, and retail compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems, billing software, and basic MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Improve conversion rates, average ticket size, and repeat customer business.
• Handle high-value customers and support premium jewelry sales.
• Plan and execute festive promotions, campaigns, and in-store activities.
• Deliver a premium and personalized buying experience.
• Build strong relationships with repeat and referral customers.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales service professionally.
• Maintain high standards of brand presentation and customer service.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, billing, cash handling, and security.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with the Head Office for stock movement, replenishment, and new product launches.
• Manage diamond and jewelry inventory with complete accuracy.
• Conduct regular stock audits and prevent inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation for inward/outward stock and certifications.
• Ensure strict adherence to inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
• Lead, train, and motivate the store sales team.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and productivity.
• Conduct regular product and sales training.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of team members.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Track KPIs such as footfall, conversion ratio, average bill value, and inventory turnover.
• Provide management with market feedback, customer insights, and competitor updates.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced store manager to manage the overall performance, operations, sales, and profitability of our store in Pacific Mall Mansarovar

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Management

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
