Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in retail management.
• Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Complete management of store operations.
• Drive team towards achieving assigned targets on business parameters including YOY growth and like-for-like store performance.
• Managing team by aligning personal aspirations with company objectives and targets.
• Team briefing, grooming, training and development to retain talent for the company.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards per latest trends and norms.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Operational excellence to ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain track of stock dispatched and shrinkage to avoid losses.
• Create weekly staff rosters to ensure proper staffing.
• Stay updated on competitors, partner performances and consumer trends.
• Submit MIS and sales reports to stakeholders.
• Handle staff grievances and control attrition.

• Complete management of Store operations.
• Drive team towards successful achievement of assigned Targets on Business parameters including YOY growth - Maintain Like for like (LFL) / Same store growth ahead of the prevailing market trends.
• Managing Team by driving / aligning personal aspirations with laid down company objectives and targets.
• Team briefing/grooming/training and development/retention of talent for deployment in the best interest of Company.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards as per the latest trends & norms of the company. 6. Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Operational excellence to ensure adherence to laid down SOPs.
• Maintaining track of stock dispatched and global count on a timely basis to avoid shrinkages.
• Creation of weekly staff roster to ensure proper staffing at all times.
• Being updated on competitors, retail partner performances and consumer trends.
• Timely submission of MIS and all sales reports as required by Stakeholders.
