The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a store/clinic leadership role, strong customer service, and sales skills, with a focus on growth and precise operations. This role offers a full-time, on-site position with incentives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role.
• Experience in clinical/healthcare retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the retail/clinic center.
• Lead front desk operations including reception and appointment scheduling.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences by greeting clients and addressing enquiries.
• Manage appointment bookings to maximise clinician availability and center productivity.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with timely resolutions.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Drive center sales, revenue, and customer conversions to meet monthly targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement revenue-boosting strategies.

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and result-oriented **Store Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our retail center while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the retail/clinic center to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Lead front desk operations, including customer reception, appointment scheduling, and walk-in management.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting clients, addressing enquiries, and ensuring seamless service throughout their visit.
• Handle appointment bookings efficiently to maximize doctor/therapist availability and center productivity.
• Manage customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service excellence.
• Drive center sales, revenue, and customer conversions by achieving monthly business targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue generation.
• Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and daily operational documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager, Center Manager, Clinic Manager, Salon Manager, or in a similar customer-facing leadership role.
• Candidates from Clinical Centers, Aesthetic Clinics, Dermatology Clinics, Dental Clinics, Wellness Centers, Salons, Beauty Chains, or Healthcare Retail will be preferred.
• Strong customer service, sales, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on business growth and customer satisfaction.

Working Hours

• Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 6 Days Working
• Rotational Week Off
• No weekly offs on Saturdays and Sundays

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 per month
