At makeO, India’s leading clinical beauty platform (brands: toothsi & skinnsi), we are on an exciting growth journey expanding our offline footprint across India and GCC. To power this next phase, we’re looking for a dynamic Head of Retail Operations to lead and scale our retail business.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end retail strategy, growth & expansion
• Drive revenue, P&L, and operational excellence across multiple locations
• Lead and mentor regional, area & store teams (15–20 reportees)
• Elevate customer experience and SOP adherence
• Partner with tech & marketing teams on omnichannel initiatives
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness & risk management

Requirements

• 8+ years of retail operations experience (3–5 years in leadership)
• Strong exposure to multi-location retail
• Strategic, data-driven, and people-first leader
• MBA (preferred) | Startup experience is a plus
