Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinic in Bengaluru is seeking a Branch/Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance patient experience, and lead a high-performing team across hair and skin services.

You will drive consultations, service delivery, and revenue growth, ensure compliance with SOPs, train staff, handle escalations, and maintain clinic hygiene and ambience. 6 days a week, 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Good in English with strong communication skills.
• Background in Skin, Hair, Laser, or Aesthetic treatments is preferred.
• Experience in in-house sales, consultation, and business development is mandatory.
• Strong consultation skills across all aesthetic treatments.

Responsibilities

• Client Handling & Consultation: Conduct professional consultations for clients on skin and hair-related concerns; diagnose needs and suggest treatments including hair loss control, laser hair growth therapy, mesotherapy, PRP for hair/skin, chemical peels and more; counsel clients on surgical hair transplant options; manage end-to-end consultation flow and follow-ups.
• Clinic Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, scheduling, billing, and service delivery; ensure optimal utilization of manpower and equipment; maintain hygiene and ambiance; handle escalations and disruptions.
• Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead daily Morning Briefings; train and mentor Front Desk, Technicians, Counsellors, Doctors; monitor attendance and training participation; identify top and underperformers and take actions.
• Sales, Revenue & Business Development: Drive revenue through consultations and service recommendations; review MIS; achieve monthly targets; promote cross-sales and client reactivation.
• Compliance & Policy Adherence: Enforce SOPs and policies; educate team on attendance, leaves, KRAs, KPIs, incentives; maintain stock levels.

Position: Branch / Clinic Manager

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient experience, driving revenue growth, managing and motivating the team, and ensuring adherence to company policies and protocols. This role requires both operational excellence and strong consultation/sales skills in the hair & skin aesthetics domain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Handling & Consultation

• Conduct professional consultations for clients on skin and hair-related concerns.
• Diagnose client needs and suggest appropriate treatments including:
• Hair Loss Control & Hair Growth Treatments
• Laser Hair Growth Therapy
• Mesotherapy, Derma Roller, and PRP for Hair
• Chemical Peels, Pigmentation Treatments, PRP f or skin
• Q-Switched Laser Treatments, CIT Procedures
• Counsel clients regarding surgical Hair Transplant procedures and Hair Replacement solutions.
• Manage end-to-end consultation flow and ensure high conversion rates.Conduct follow-ups to track patient progress, satisfaction, and treatment results.
• Training will be provided for smooth onboarding and understanding of the processes.

2. Clinic Operations Management

• Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and client-focused service.
• Monitor and ensure accurate appointment scheduling, billing, and service delivery.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Maintain hygiene, equipment functionality, and clinic ambiance.
• Handle escalations, operational disruptions, or urgent issues (internet, electricity, equipment failure, staffing gaps).

3. Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Conduct daily Morning Briefing Meetings as per company guidelines.
• Train and mentor team members across roles (Front Desk, Technicians, Counsellors, Doctors).
• Ensure attendance and participation in training programs.
• Identify high performers and underperformers, recommend corrective actions, promotions, or appreciation.
• Enhance team motivation, professionalism, and productivity.

4. Sales, Revenue & Business Development

• Drive clinic revenue through effective consultations and service recommendations.
• Analyze sales reports, prepare daily MIS, and review weekly MIS submitted by team members.
• Ensure achievement of monthly revenue targets and overall clinic growth.
• Promote cross-sales, reactivation of dormant clients, and new client acquisitions.
• Monitor client engagement calls including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and unconverted leads.

5. Compliance & Policy Adherence

• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, SOPs, the Operational Audit Manual, and standardized processes.
• Educate the team regularly about updated company policies on attendance, leaves, KRAs, KPIs, incentives, etc.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and prevent stock-outs.

No weekly off on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
