Job summary

Kailash Devbuild India is seeking a diligent Store and Site Operations Executive to manage material receipt, inspection, storage and issue on construction sites. You will maintain stock registers, GRN/MRN, and daily stock reports while ensuring accurate reconciliation and safe storage of materials.

Preferred candidates have 2-5 years of EPC or electrical construction experience, with strong Excel skills and a practical understanding of inventory management.

Qualifications

• Responsible for managing site/store operations, including material receipt, inspection, storage and issue.
• Maintain stock registers, inventory records, GRN/MRN, material issue/return records and daily stock reports.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct physical verification and material reconciliation, and ensure proper storage and safety of materials.
• Coordinate with Project, Purchase, Accounts and Site teams for timely material availability.
