Job summary

Israeli MNC in Pune (Khed Shivapur) is seeking an experienced Warehouse/Stores Manager to oversee material planning, inventory, and dispatch operations in a manufacturing setup.

You will ensure FIFO, manage ERP/WMS systems, maintain MIS, coordinate with suppliers and logistics, and drive accuracy of records and reports. A graduation and 7–10 years in similar roles are expected, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in warehouse/stores.
• Good knowledge of Excel and ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Arrange raw material as per user requirement.
• Maintain housekeeping in and around Warehouse.
• Ensure safety and SOP compliance to prevent accidents.
• Coordinate with despatches, suppliers, and transport vendors.
• Plan delivery and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain MIS and generate timely reports.
• Inspect and control quality of orders.
• Handle imports/exports documentation and records.
• Maintain proper records as per requirements.
• Oversee warehouse records, registers, and logbooks.
• Dispense materials FIFO to production as material list.
• Unloading and receipt of materials with SOPs.
• Work knowledge of warehouse ERP/WMS.
• Stock verification vs. books.
• Produce periodic reports as needed.

LOCATION: Pune(Khed Shivapur)

REPORT TO: Head of Business & Operations India - Production Manager?

PURPOSE:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Arranging raw material as per user requirement
• To maintain good housekeeping in and around Warehouse
• Prevent accidents and safe manner as per SOPs
• Working closely with despatches, suppliers transport companies
• Planning the delivery and dispatch of goods
• Manage & maintain appropriate MIS
• Manage inspection and quality control of orders.
• Documentation in Imports & Exports.
• Ensure that proper records are maintained as per the requirements
• Handling of warehouse records, registers, logbooks etc.
• Dispensing of approved materials as per first in first out (FIFO) method to production as Material indent, Manufacturing Material List.
• Unloading, receiving of materials, preparing documents as per SOPs.
• Should have working knowledge of warehouse ERP/ warehouse Management system.
• Stocks verification with book Vs Physical.
• Timely reports as per company need and periodicity

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
