Job summary

Avantika Pridewalls is seeking a Storage Incharge for residential projects in Hyderabad. You will receive, inspect, and record construction materials, maintain stock registers, issue materials on approved requisitions, and ensure proper storage and safe handling.

You will monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock verification, maintain GRNs and challans, prevent loss, and coordinate with procurement and site engineers to meet material requirements while keeping store clean and compliant with

Responsibilities

• Issue materials only against approved requisitions.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain GRNs, challans, issue slips, and other store records.
• Prevent material loss, damage, theft, and wastage.
• Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and contractors for material requirements.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
