Job summary

Supreme is seeking a Sr. Executive for Store (Commercial) at Malanpur PPD, with 8–10 years of experience in inventory management. The role emphasizes maintaining stock, ensuring material availability, and coordinating with multiple departments to prevent production loss.

The incumbent will define min/max levels, verify incoming materials, and supervise stores staff while ensuring compliance with governance standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Candidate should possess B.Com or MBA with relevant experience in store/commercial roles.
• SAP exposure and MS-Office proficiency preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving and decision making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels and records.
• Define min/max and re-order levels; manage inventories accordingly.
• Ensure material availability to prevent production loss.
• Check incoming materials for quantity and documentation.
• Ensure GRNs and supplier bill clearance after QA checks.
• Store materials safely and systematically; supply departments as needed.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile variances.
• Reduce wastage, excess stock and unnecessary purchases.
• Monitor and dispose of non-moving material weekly.
• Supervise and train stores staff; maintain clean stores area.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, accounts, sales, and others.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to ensure that materials, goods,and inventory are received, stored,controlled, and issued efficiently and safely, while maintaining theright stock levels and minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities

• · Defining minimum and maximum and re-order level, andmaintain inventories accordingly.
• · To ensure material availability as per minimum andmaximum level and ensure no production loss due to material.
• · Check incoming materials for quantity and documentation.
• · To ensure all GRN's and clearance of suppliers billson daily basis after Q.A. check.
• · Ensure materials are stored properly, safely, andsystematically.
• · Supply materials to departments as required and maintain properrecords.
• · Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile differences.
• · Reduce wastage, damage, excess stock, and unnecessarypurchasing.
• · Monitoring and disposal of Non-moving material onweekly basis.
• · Supervise and train stores staff.
• · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stores area.
• · Work with purchasing, production, accounts, sales, and otherdepartments.
• · Prepare inventory and stock-related reports for management.
