Job summary

Platinus Technologies is hiring for a project/store management role based in Harihar, Karnataka. The candidate will receive and inspect materials at the project site store, verify against POs and invoices, and coordinate with QA/QC and Procurement for inspections and approvals.

The role requires 5-8 years of experience and immediate joining. Responsibilities include maintaining stock records, managing warehouses, and ensuring safe handling and proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, spares, consumables, and equipment at the project site store.
• Verify materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and invoices.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and Procurement teams for material inspection and approval.
• Ensure proper storage, preservation, labelling, identification, and safe handling of materials.
• Issue materials to departments/site teams against approved requisitions and maintain accurate issue records.
• Maintain stock registers and conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
• Identify and report slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory.
• Maintain GRNs, issue notes, return slips, inspection reports, and other store documentation.
• Update inventory records in ERP/software and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, QA/QC, Project Execution teams, vendors, and transporters.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and proper housekeeping within the store.
• Provide material availability updates to project and planning teams.
• Support material reconciliation during project stages and project completion.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in project/store management.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, chemical, cement, or similar projects will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, material documentation, stock reconciliation, and ERP-based store operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
