Job summary

ElectricPe is seeking a customer-focused individual for our Mobility Center in Bengaluru. The role involves guiding customers through test rides and managing the purchasing process end-to-end, including paperwork and deliveries.

We require at least 1 year in automotive retail or similar roles. Candidates must be fluent in Kannada and English, and comfortable using digital tools. Saturday work is mandatory due to increased customer traffic.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in automotive retail, banking, or high‑touch customer roles.
• Comfortable with basic digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business).
• Willingness to work Saturdays.

• Maintain store floor presentation and inventory accuracy.
• Build relationships with repeat customers for service and referrals.

• Build relationships with repeat customers for service and referrals
• Escalate technical issues to the in‑house service technician

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year in automotive retail, banking, or high‑touch customer roles
• Fluent in Kannada and English (Hindi a plus)
• Comfortable with basic digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business)
• Willingness to work Saturdays, our busiest day

Nice to have

• Prior EV experience
• Two‑wheeler licence
