Job summary

India's Fastest Growing Paper Honeycomb Manufacturing in Pune seeks an Executive Stores to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, material receipt, issue and dispatch activities. The candidate should have experience in manufacturing stores and strong inventory management skills with the ability to coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA, Design and Logistics teams.

Freshers are considered if they have ITI/Diploma/Any Degree and computer knowledge; familiarity with ERP inventory

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / Any Degree is required.
• Computer knowledge is mandatory and essential for daily store operations.
• Experience in manufacturing stores or inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming raw materials and consumables.
• Unload materials and verify against delivery documents.
• Maintain stock levels and Min-Max controls.
• Prepare GRN and record material issues in ERP.
• Generate daily stock and shortage reports for Purchasing.
• Manage returns, scrap disposal, and supplier issues as per procedures.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Design and Logistics teams.
• Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
• Coordinate with Transport for dispatch activities.
• Ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Executive – Stores to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, material receipt, issue, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing stores, strong inventory management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Purchase, QA, Design, and Logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming raw materials and consumables.
• Unload materials and perform physical verification against delivery documents.
• Maintain inventory and ensure Min-Max stock levels.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and accurately record material issue transactions in the ERP/system.
• Share daily critical material shortage reports with the Purchase department.
• Process supplier rejection returns and manage scrap disposal as per company procedures.
• Handle issues related to material receipt, purchase orders, delivery schedules, gate entries, and documentation.
• Reconcile job work materials and monitor consumable usage limits.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports.
• Update and maintain stock registers and inventory records.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for material receipt and quality clearance.
• Coordinate with the Design team for drawing clarifications and material specifications.
• Manage physical dispatch activities and coordinate with transport service providers.
• Support production planning by ensuring timely material availability in line with production schedules.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 yr of experience in Stores within a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and material management.
• Familiarity with ERP/software-based inventory systems.
