Job summary

Super Scholar in Mumbai is seeking a Store Sales Executive with 1-2 years of relevant retail sales experience to deliver an excellent in-store shopping experience.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities Sales Customer Service

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Recommend suitable products and provide accurate product information.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.

• Upsell and cross-sell products wherever applicable.

Store Operations

• Ensure products are displayed attractively and shelves are well-stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
• Coordinate with the warehouse or store team for stock availability.
• Handle billing support and payment coordination, if required.

Customer Support

• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, or product availability.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.

Reporting Administration

• Maintain daily sales records and customer information.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and stock reports.
• Support promotional activities, product launches, and in-store campaigns.

Required Qualifications Experience

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or store operations.
• Experience in furniture, home d cor, lifestyle, retail, consumer goods, or similar industries will be preferred.
