Qualifications

• Experience as Store Executive or Inventory role in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with ability to work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify all incoming goods against POs and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in systems.
• Issue materials to user departments per requisitions and requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO stock rotation.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly inventory checks and assist in reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance and operations to maintain stock levels.
• Monitor stock availability and report slow-moving, expired or damaged items.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of store areas and comply with policies and audits.
• Support month-end inventory processes and related reports.

We are looking for a Store Executive to join our dynamic team for The Hoxton Bengaluru City.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.

Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India s Silicon Valley , a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London!

The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar. Topping off the hotel we will have a rooftop pool and bar, large scale function rooms and The Apartment - The Hoxton s unique meeting & events concept

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates for all stock movements.
• Issue materials to user departments in accordance with approved requisitions and operational requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to maintain product quality and minimise wastage.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly inventory checks and assist in stock reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance and operational departments to maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Monitor stock availability and report slow-moving, expired or damaged items.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and organisation of all store areas while complying with company policies and audit requirements.
• Support month-end inventory processes and prepare inventory-related reports as required.
