Ennismore in Bengaluru City is hiring a Store Executive to join The Hoxton Bengaluru City. You will manage incoming goods, maintain stock records and support efficient store operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role demands strong attention to detail, teamwork across departments, and a proactive approach to inventory control. Working with a dynamic hospitality group, you will help deliver excellent guest experiences while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Store Executive, Storekeeper or Inventory Executive within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, receiving procedures and store operations.
• Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering operational excellence.
• You're able to work in a collaborative, supportive team.
• You're flexible and adaptable, ready to contribute beyond defined roles.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates for all stock movements.
• Issue materials to user departments in accordance with approved requisitions and operational requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to maintain product quality and minimise wastage.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly inventory checks and assist in stock reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance and operational departments to maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Monitor stock availability and report slow-moving, expired or damaged items.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and organisation of all store areas while complying with company policies and audit requirements.
• Support month-end inventory processes and prepare inventory-related reports as required.

We are looking for a Store Executive to join our dynamic team for The Hoxton Bengaluru City.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.

Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London!
