The Hoxton Bengaluru City is seeking a Purchase Manager to lead the hotel's purchasing function, ensuring timely procurement of quality products and services. Based in Bengaluru, you will source suppliers, negotiate for best value, manage orders and inventory, and collaborate with Finance, F&B, Housekeeping and Engineering to support hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel procurement or hospitality purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier negotiations.
• Experience with purchasing systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar. What you’ll do…

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company procurement standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with departments to ensure stock availability and minimise wastage.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, deliveries and supplier performance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Control purchasing costs, analyse spending and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, audit requirements and local regulations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Culinary, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to support the hotel's operational needs.
