Ideal candidates have 4–8 years in Stores & Inventory Management within metal fabrication, with a graduate/diploma in mechanical/industrial fields.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in Stores & Inventory Management within metal fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Manage raw material inward and outward activities.
• Ensure proper Goods Receipt Note (GRN) management and documentation.
• Maintain ERP-based inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Implement and monitor batch traceability systems.
• Control consumables inventory and usage tracking.
• Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained for critical materials.
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Monitor scrap generation, handling, and reporting.
• Control material issue processes as per production requirements.
• Implement and maintain FIFO (First In First Out) practices.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Planning departments for material availability.
• Maintain stores documentation, inventory records, and audit readiness.
• Support continuous improvement in stores and inventory management processes.

Position Summary
