Job summary

Lenskart in Chennai is seeking a Store Director to drive store sales and overall business performance, with a strong emphasis on customer experience and NPS. The role requires building a high-performing team and ensuring strict SOP adherence and inventory control.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years in physical retail, at least 2 years as a Store Manager on paper, and a graduate degree with excellent communication. This leadership position reports to the Human Capital team.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in physical retail where you meet customers daily.
• Minimum 2+ years as Store Manager (on paper).
• Strong customer-first mindset and people leadership skills.
