Job summary

Rastriya Metal Industries Limited in Sarigam Plant, Gujarat, is seeking an Executive Raw Material Stores to manage timely availability and traceability of raw materials. The role reports to the Senior Manager RM Stores and requires coordination with Purchase, Production, QA and Melting teams for smooth furnace operations.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and have 3–5 years experience in raw material stores or related metal processing sectors, with willingness to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• Experience: 3–5? years in Raw Material Stores, Inventory Management, Foundry, metal processing, melting & casting, or manufacturing industry.
• Age: 28–38 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely availability of raw materials such as copper cathodes, copper/brass scrap, zinc, tin, nickel, and other alloying materials as per production requirements.
• Manage material receipt, verification, storage, identification, and batch-wise traceability.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, and melting teams for uninterrupted furnace operations.
• Issue materials as per approved charge sheets and production plans.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct stock reconciliation, and manage SAP transactions including GRNs, material issues, and stock transfers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and EHS standards in stores and raw material areas.
