Job summary

RCM is seeking a dynamic Steward / Service Associate to provide prompt, friendly food and beverage service while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. You will support smooth restaurant operations and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.

The role requires 0–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience; freshers can be considered. 10+2 or graduate in hotel management is preferred but not mandatory, with a focus on teamwork, good communication, and stamina for long shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with seating per service standards.
• Take orders accurately and input into POS.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth flow.
• Adhere to hygiene, grooming and safety standards at all times.
• Assist in closing duties and outlet readiness.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and punch orders in POS
• Serve food and beverages promptly and as per presentation standards
