Responsibilities

• Set up tables with cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other required service items.
• Assist captains and service staff in serving food and beverages to guests.
• Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, service stations, and restaurant premises.
• Ensure cutlery, crockery, and glassware are properly cleaned and stored.
• Refill water, replenish service items, and assist with guest requirements.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team for timely food delivery.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Follow instructions from the Restaurant Manager and service supervisors.
• Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and courteous behaviour with guests.
