Job Summary

The STEP Global Implementation & Deployment Lead – Loftware is responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership in the deployment and optimisation of Loftware in the context of STEP. The incumbent oversees cross‑functional teams, manages key vendor relationships, and ensures that Loftware is deployed according to the STEP country deployment roadmap closely aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end implementation and deployment lifecycle for Loftware in alignment with STEP timelines and the country deployment plan, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and hypercare support and technology governance.
• Lead and manage the governance and operational activities for Loftware across multiple regions and departments.
• Direct and inspire a team to consistently deliver high‑quality services and technical support for Loftware.
• Oversee the integration and continuous optimisation of Loftware to enhance business processes, drive operational efficiency, and support digital transformation.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Loftware to ensure delivery of robust, secure, and scalable solutions and services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices within the manufacturing and technology landscape.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, keeping abreast of technological advancements to support ongoing organisational growth.
• Engage proactively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure that solutions effectively address business needs.

Minimum Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project delivery and/or application management or IT services within a multinational organisation.
• Strategic planning, financial acumen, and team leadership skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, translating business needs into data and system requirements.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and drive change and innovation.
• Experience managing global projects and working in diverse cultural environments.
• Proficiency in advanced software tools and platforms relevant to the role.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and other service management methodologies.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
• Expert knowledge and experience in Werum Pas‑X and its implementation and operations.

Certifications

• Project management methods (Agile, ITIL, Prince 2, PMI) – preferred.
• Loftware certification – preferred.
