• Demonstrated ability to create and manage product roadmaps for software services.
• Experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders and translating them into technical solutions.
• Ability to manage software budgets and financial planning.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative delivery approaches.
• Proven ability to drive cost optimization initiatives with measurable results.
• Fluent in English.
• Curious with growth mindset and up-to-date in device management and automation.
• Experience working in global teams within a matrix organization; capable of leading across web meetings and collaboration tools.
• Ability to provide innovative solutions and lead solving efforts.

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software lifecycle management and product ownership roles.
• Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) for request and change management.
• Understanding of ITIL service management and software change control processes.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage product roadmaps for software services.
• Experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders and translating them into technical solutions.
• Ability to manage software budgets and financial planning.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative delivery approaches.
• Proven ability to drive cost optimization initiatives with measurable results.
• Fluent in English.
• Curious and open-minded, out of the box thinking with growth mindset, willing to stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in device management and automation.
• Proven experience working & performing in global team, in a matrix organization, with strong capacity to manage activities across web meetings and collaborative solutions. Ability to lead & take ownership even in unclear situations. Contribute to clear the unclear
