Job summary

Wison Engineering Ltd. in Maharashtra seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer specializing in static equipment for oil & gas or petrochemical projects. You will prepare datasheets, perform design sizing, and review vendor drawings.

Ideal candidate has 10–18 years of experience, a B.E./B.Tech in mechanical or chemical and mechanical engineering, and excellent English. Proficiency in pressure vessel design software is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical or Chemical & Mechanical Engineering.
• 10 to 18 years of static equipment engineering experience in oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
• Proficiency in pressure vessel design software.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue equipment datasheets, material requisitions and technical specifications.
• Perform or verify mechanical design calculations and thickness sizing.
• Review vendor drawings, calculations and welding / NDT / heat treatment proposals.
• Support technical bid evaluation, clarifications and vendor kick-off meetings.
• Ensure compliance with ASME VIII, TEMA, API 650/620/661 and client standards.
• Support inspection, FAT and site queries until mechanical completion.
