Job summary

Pixxel Greentech (india) seeks a Sales Head / Sales Manager to lead the lighting and electrical product sales function and expand dealer, distributor and retailer networks.

The role requires extensive sales leadership, strong relationship management, and a track record of achieving targets, with willingness to travel within the district.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, preferably in Lighting & Electrical Products.
• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
• Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain dealer, distributor and retailer relationships.
• Knowledge of local market and territory sales will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a sales team.
• Experience in electrical, lighting, consumer electrical or related products preferred.
