The/Nudge Institute seeks a State Program Manager for the SPMU at Jaipur to lead a Graduation Approach program for PVTG households in Rajasthan. You will work within RGAVP, drive program design, and coordinate with state partners to ensure strategic execution and impact.
You will oversee operations, budgeting, data systems, and field implementation across Kishanganj, Shahbad, Pindwara, Todabhim, and other blocks, ensuring compliance and learning-driven scaling.
