Job summary

Talentboon Consulting is seeking a senior operations leader with 10-20+ years of experience in IT/ITES, e-Governance, technology services, or large-scale project operations, preferably with state-level or regional exposure.

Candidates should have proven ability to manage large teams across multiple locations, work with government departments, PSUs or enterprise clients, and deliver complex projects with strong client and financial management skills.

Qualifications

• 10-20+ years of professional experience, preferably in IT/ITES, e-Governance, technology services, infrastructure, or large-scale project operations.
• Significant experience in state-level / regional operations management.
• Experience in handling large teams and multiple projects/locations.
• Experience in dealing with government departments, PSUs, enterprise clients, or large institutional customers will be preferred.
• Proven experience in project delivery, client management, business operations, and financial management.
