Job summary

Role Overview

The Technical Head will be responsible for driving the organization's technical and business objectives within the assigned state. The position requires a sector-agnostic professional with extensive consulting experience and a strong understanding of the state's infrastructure ecosystem.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure consulting, engineering consultancy or project management.
• Proven experience working with State Government departments, PSUs, Urban Local Bodies or Development Authorities.
• Strong understanding of the state's infrastructure ecosystem and government functioning.
• Experience across multiple infrastructure sectors such as Water, Urban Infrastructure, Transport, Buildings, Renewable Energy or Industrial Infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong networking ability with a proven track record of developing client relationships and supporting business growth.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across the organization.
