Job summary

Prasa Infocom & Power Solutions Pune is seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader for large-scale EPC projects in data centres, real estate or manufacturing. You will define execution strategy, govern multiple sites, and drive digitalization and process automation.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in project management, BE and MBA qualifications, strong P&L, risk management, and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of project leadership experience.
• Qualifications include BE (Electrical/Mechanical) and MBA in Project Management.
• Strong PM governance, profitability and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement project execution strategy aligned with company goals.

3. 3 Operational Excellence Standardize project management processes tools and reporting mechanisms Drive productivity improvement initiatives across project sites Ensure adoption of best practices Lean Six Sigma Agile PMI
4. 4 Quality Health Safety Compliance Oversee QHSE compliance across all projects Establish zero-defect zero-incident culture Ensure adherence to statutory contractual and regulatory requirements
5. 5 Client Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior level Handle escalations negotiations and strategic partnerships Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
6. 6 Risk Management Governance Identify risks in execution financial exposure or compliance Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning Present project status and risk dashboards to the Board MD
