Job summary

RGBSI in Chennai invites a Stamping Process Design engineer with 3-9 years of experience to join our manufacturing tooling team. The role focuses on Autoform simulations, die-face development, tooling feasibility, and stamping process flow.

The successful candidate will interact with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to optimize processes and reduce cycle times. The position requires CAD/AUTOFORM proficiency, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver feasibility reports for

Qualifications

• Autoform forming simulations for closures and trim panels.
• Die Face development using CAD/AUTOFORM softwares.
• Process Preparation for the Stamping Tooling and check the total feasibilty of the parts.
• Required to propose the product changes based on the analysis.
• Required to decide the process requirements based on the product.
• Need to carryout the engineering changes feasibility using CAD.
• Responsible for the delivery of the feasibility report for India & Overseas project.
• Need to conform the feasibility based on the Global standard and benchmark systems.
• Stamping Process Flow simulation based on the press line and SPM.
