Job summary

AV Global Advisory Services in Chennai (Avadi) is seeking a Senior Manager Staffing to lead and scale our staffing division, building capacity for bulk hiring and workforce planning.

You will develop ground-level sourcing channels, manage recruitment teams, and ensure timely manpower delivery for clients through field drives, partnerships with training institutes, and mass hiring campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years experience in recruitment / staffing industry.
• Strong experience in bulk hiring.
• Proven experience in managing large recruitment teams and field recruiters.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and client management skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring targets.

Responsibilities

• Business Development - new client acquisition and relationship building.
• Field recruitment & sourcing strategy including mass hiring drives.
• Lead and mentor recruiters and field recruiters; set hiring targets.
• Ensure timely delivery of manpower with quality screening and reporting.
• Monitor metrics and optimize time-to-hire for bulk positions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a experienced Senior Manager Staffing to lead and scale our Staffing Division.

The candidate will be responsible for building strong sourcing networks, managing recruitment teams, handling bulk hiring requirements, and ensuring timely manpower delivery for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development- New Client Acquisition

Field Recruitment & Sourcing Strategy

• Develop strong ground-level sourcing channels including field recruiters, job camps, referral networks, and local hiring drives.
• Build partnerships with training institutes, communities, and local job networks.
• Plan and execute mass hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and field sourcing campaigns.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and field recruiters.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets for the team.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure consistent hiring pipeline.

Client Relationship Management

• Work closely with clients to understand bulk hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Ensure timely delivery of manpower with quality screening.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure service excellence.

Operational Excellence

• Track recruitment metrics such as daily sourcing numbers, interviews, joiners, and closures.
• Improve recruitment efficiency and reduce time-to-hire for bulk positions.
• Ensure proper documentation, onboarding coordination, and reporting.

Requirements

• 4- 6 years experience in recruitment / staffing industry.
• Strong experience in r bulk hiring.

Preferred Background:

• Experience working with manufacturing, Pharma, Retail, logistics, e-commerce, warehouse, manpower staffing companies.
