Job summary

Magicrete Building Solutions Pvt. ltd. invites applications for the Staff - Production - AAC Blocks at our Navsari plant. The role supports day-to-day AAC blocks production, operates and monitors equipment, and ensures adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have ITI/ Diploma in a relevant discipline, 1–3 years in production, familiarity with MS Excel, and good coordination and communication skills. Willingness to work in shifts and contribute to reducing wastage.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production or related discipline.
• Candidates with relevant plant experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day AAC Blocks production activities as per the production plan.
• Operate and monitor assigned production equipment and machinery.
• Monitor process parameters and report any abnormalities to the Production In-charge.
• Ensure production activities are carried out as per defined SOPs and process requirements.
• Support the Production team in achieving daily production targets.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other teams for smooth production.
• Monitor raw material availability and inform the concerned team about shortages.
• Identify production issues and support timely corrective actions.
• Maintain production records and shift-wise operational data.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the production area.
• Follow all safety procedures and plant operating guidelines.
• Support reduction of wastage and improvement of production efficiency.

Experience & Industry Background

• 1-3 years of experience in Production / Manufacturing operations.
• Experience in AAC Blocks, Concrete, RMC, Precast, Cement, or Building Materials manufacturing will be preferred.
• Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
• Basic knowledge of AAC Blocks manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Ability to monitor production equipment and process parameters.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of production records and MS Excel.
• Good problem-solving and observation skills.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ability to work in a shift-based plant environment.
