Job summary

Magicrete Building Solutions Pvt. ltd. Navsari invites an Executive – Quality Control to support QC activities at our AAC Blocks plant. You will handle raw material testing, in-process checks, finished product testing, and maintain quality records.

The role works with Production, requiring a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, basic QC knowledge, and willingness to work in shifts. Freshers with relevant qualification are welcome; prior exposure to AAC blocks or building materials is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Specialization or academic exposure to Quality Control preferred.
• 0-2 years in Quality Control / Quality Assurance; freshers with relevant qualification may be considered.
• Experience or internship in AAC Blocks, RMC, Precast, Concrete, Cement, or Building Materials is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of QC and testing procedures; basic knowledge of concrete and building material testing.
• Willingness to learn AAC Blocks manufacturing and quality processes; plant/shift work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic testing of incoming raw materials.
• Test finished AAC Blocks according to defined parameters.
• Check product dimensions, density, compressive strength, moisture, and other parameters.
• Collect samples and maintain testing and inspection records.
• Identify quality deviations and inform Senior / Quality In-charge.
• Coordinate with the Production team for corrective actions.
• Maintain daily quality reports and laboratory records.
• Support calibration and proper handling of laboratory equipment.
• Follow defined quality procedures, safety standards, and housekeeping practices.

Role Summary

The Executive – Quality Control will be responsible for supporting quality control activities at the AAC Blocks manufacturing plant. The role will focus on raw material testing, in-process quality checks, finished product testing, maintaining quality records, and supporting the Production team in maintaining consistent product quality.
