Staff Nurse - Nursing is responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and comprehensive nursing care to patients according to their clinical needs and prescribed treatment plans. The includes patient assessment, monitoring, medication administration, nursing procedures, documentation, patient education, infection prevention, and coordination with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in assigned departments or units.
• Assess patients and monitor vital signs and clinical condition.
• Administer prescribed medicines, injections, IV fluids, and treatments within professional scope.
• Perform nursing procedures according to hospital protocols and established standards.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and report abnormalities promptly.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and clinical rounds.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication charts, and patient records.
• Provide appropriate hygiene, comfort, positioning, and mobility support.
• Prepare patients for investigations, procedures, and surgeries.
• Assist with admission, transfer, discharge, and referral procedures.
• Monitor intake, output, nutrition, and other assigned clinical parameters.
• Provide patient and caregiver education regarding treatment and care instructions.
• Coordinate with doctors, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and other departments.
