Job summary

Apollo Hospitals, Delhi, is seeking an Assistant Clinical Nurse – Nursing to provide direct patient care and nursing support under supervision of senior staff. Qualifications

• GNM or BSc Nursing required.
• 1–5 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to patients' clinical needs and care plans.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical condition.
• Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors and senior nurses during examinations and clinical procedures.
• Support patient admission, transfer, discharge, and routine care activities.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, and clinical documentation.
• Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care and catheter care as required.
• Observe patients for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Educate patients and caregivers about prescribed care, hygiene, and medication instructions.
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and nursing protocols.
• Maintain nursing equipment, medical supplies, and cleanliness of the patient-care area.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist in emergency situations according to established clinical protocols.
